BARBER – JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional haircuts, shaving, trimming, styling, and grooming services.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferred haircut and grooming needs.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean, sterilized, and well-organized.
• Recommend suitable hair and grooming products to clients where necessary.
• Stay updated on modern barbering techniques, styles, and trends.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of barbering tools and equipment.
• Follow company procedures, hygiene standards, and operational policies.
• Build good relationships with clients and encourage repeat patronage.
• Support the achievement of branch sales and customer service targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a professional Barber.
• Strong skills in modern and traditional haircuts, fading, shaving, trimming, and styling.
• Ability to work with different hair types and client preferences.
• Good knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Neat appearance and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about grooming and styling.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with new barbering trends and techniques.
• Relevant professional training or certification is an added advantage.

Pay: From ₦70,000.00 per month
