We are currently looking for a talented, passionate, and experienced Senior Barber & Hair Treatment Specialist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality men's haircuts, skin fades, taper fades, beard grooming, and hot towel shaves.
• Provide professional hair consultations and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments based on clients' needs.
• Perform advanced hair treatments including:
• Keratin Treatment
• Protein Treatment
• Collagen Treatment
• Hair Filler Treatment
• Deep Scalp Treatments
• Hair Relaxing/Straightening Treatments
• Assess hair and scalp conditions and recommend appropriate homecare products and services.
• Educate clients on maintaining healthy hair and scalp.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sterilization of tools and workstations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a luxury client experience.
• Stay updated with the latest barbering trends, techniques, and men's grooming services.
• Promote salon services, retail products, and treatment packages.
• Work collaboratively with the salon team to achieve sales and service targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in barbering and hair treatments.
• Strong expertise in men's haircuts, fades, beard styling, and modern grooming trends.
• Proven experience in performing professional hair treatments and scalp therapies.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Passionate about men's grooming and customer service.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
• Experience working in a premium or luxury salon environment is an advantage.
• UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.
