Responsibilities

• Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming consultations tailored to each client’s preferences
• Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their style goals and offering expert advice on hair and grooming options
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for all tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health regulations
• Schedule appointments efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of clients throughout the day
• Stay updated on the latest hair styling trends and techniques to deliver modern, fashionable looks
• Build strong rapport with clients by delivering personalized service that encourages repeat visits
• Assist in maintaining an inviting, energetic atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Proven experience in barbering or hair styling with a portfolio of diverse styles preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Knowledge of current grooming trends and techniques for men’s haircuts and facial grooming
• Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional recommendations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for barbering or cosmetology is highly desirable
• Passion for hairstyling, grooming, and creating positive client experiences
