Responsibilities

• Deliver professional haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and style requests
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering style recommendations
• Upsell additional grooming products or services that enhance the client experience and meet their individual needs
• Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments efficiently
• Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare tips, and product recommendations
• Promote retail sales by educating clients on available grooming products and accessories

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and foster repeat business
• Expertise in hair styling techniques for men’s grooming including fades, tapers, beard trimming, and shaves
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic workspace at all times
• Ability to upsell products and services confidently without being pushy
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse clients and team members
• Experience with retail sales to effectively recommend products that suit client needs
• Organizational skills for managing appointments efficiently and maintaining a clean front desk area

Pay: $18.25-$40.26 per hour
