Responsibilities

• Provide professional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their desired styles and offer expert recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
• Upsell additional services or retail products such as hair care or grooming accessories to enhance client satisfaction.
• Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest hair styling trends and techniques to deliver modern, fashionable looks.
• Foster a positive atmosphere by delivering outstanding customer service that encourages repeat visits and referrals.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 Year Experience
• Barber Certificate or Hairstyling Certificate Required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon or barbershop setting.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell services and retail products effectively while maintaining client trust.
• Experience with retail sales or front desk operations is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.

Pay: $15.00-$36.94 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
