Duties

• Perform precise haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming services using professional barbering techniques.
• Provide expert consultations on hair styling, coloring, extensions, and hair care tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools such as straight razors and scissors after each use
• Engage with clients through friendly communication to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products or services for upselling opportunities.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, managing waitlists, and ensuring a smooth flow of appointments

Skills

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong foundation in barbering techniques.
• Proficiency in salon software systems like MINDBODY for scheduling and retail management.
• Skilled in sanitation practices using tools such as straight razors to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
• Excellent communication skills for effective client consultation and team collaboration

Pay: $28.79 - $75.00 per hour
