CHAIR RENT - SET: £350 a week (all profits are for yourself)

In this role, you will provide professional grooming services, including haircuts, shaves, and styling, to help clients look and feel their best. Your passion for grooming and excellent customer service will create a welcoming environment where clients return time and again. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in hair styling techniques, and possesses strong communication skills to connect with diverse clients. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling services tailored to each client’s preferences
• Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and recommend suitable styles or products
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas and tools in compliance with health regulations
• Build rapport with clients through friendly communication and personalized service
• Stay updated on the latest barbering trends and techniques to ensure modern, fashionable results
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and business flow
• Promote retail products when appropriate to enhance client experience and support business growth

Skills

• Proven experience in barbering or hairstyling with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage clients professionally and warmly
• Strong communication skills in English for effective consultation and relationship building
• Skilled in various hair styling techniques, including fades, tapers, beard shaping, and traditional cuts
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a grooming environment
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Passion for grooming trends and continuous learning to refine your craft
