Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hair cutting, styling, and grooming techniques, along with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for clients while delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services tailored to their individual needs.

Duties

• Perform haircuts, shaves, and beard trims with precision and attention to detail.
• Provide hair styling services that enhance the client's appearance and meet their preferences.
• Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations to maintain a clean environment.
• Engage with clients to understand their grooming needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
• Upsell additional services such as hair coloring, makeup application, or nail care when appropriate.
• Stay updated on current trends in hairstyles and grooming techniques to provide clients with the latest styles.

Skills

• Proficient in various hair cutting techniques and styles.
• Knowledge of color theory for effective hair coloring applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with sanitization practices for tools and work areas.
