Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling, barbering and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that each client leaves feeling confident and satisfied. As a Barber, you will provide exceptional grooming services while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Willing to be a part of a team that will service our clients to the best experience possible

Duties

• Perform haircuts, shaves, and beard trims with precision and creativity.
• Provide hair styling services
• Sanitate tools and workstations to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement services provided.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Must come with clientele. Shop in heavily traffic area. So we’ll be able to build you in the future.
• Proficiency in hair styling techniques and knowledge of retail math.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations.
• A valid barbering license as required by state regulations is mandatory.
