Barber

We are seeking a skilled, professional, and customer-focused Barber to provide high-quality grooming services while delivering an exceptional client experience. The successful candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for men’s grooming and styling.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional haircuts, fades, trims, and styling according to clients’ preferences.
• Perform beard trims, shaping, and grooming services
• Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and provide suitable recommendations.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Ensure all barbering tools and equipment are properly cleaned, disinfected, and maintained.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Stay up to date with current barbering trends, techniques, and styles
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly, respectful customer service at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barber.
• Relevant barbering qualification or training is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of modern barbering techniques and styles.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and well-presented.
