Job Purpose

To provide professional men’s grooming services while maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, grooming, and customer experience in line with the salon’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional men’s haircuts, styling, fades, beard trims, shaving, and grooming services.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferred style and recommend suitable services.
• Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail in every service.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and workstations are clean, sanitized, and properly maintained.
• Follow all salon hygiene, health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Maintain professional personal grooming and appearance at all times.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Recommend suitable retail products and additional services when appropriate.
• Support the salon in achieving monthly sales and service targets.
• Maintain accurate client preferences and service notes where required.
• Handle client feedback professionally and report any complaints to management.
• Support promotions, events, and marketing activities when required.
• Maintain a professional and respectful working environment and follow management instructions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barber / Men’s Hairdresser.
• Strong skills in modern and classic men’s haircuts, fades, beard grooming, and styling.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work as part of a professional salon team.
