Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols.
• Stay updated on the latest hair styling trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative grooming solutions.
• Assist clients in selecting suitable styles and products that match their lifestyle and personal style.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery while minimizing wait times.
• Promote a positive atmosphere by demonstrating excellent customer service skills and fostering repeat business through personalized care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in barbering or hair styling with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of current grooming trends, techniques, and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety practices.
• Prior experience with hair styling tools and products is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
