19 Hole Barbershop is an established shop that has earned the trust of our community through quality service, a professional environment, and a genuine focus on the client experience. We're currently growing our team and looking for a dedicated barber who wants to grow alongside us.

About the role:

The barber will be responsible for providing high-quality barbering services to our clients, always maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, customer care, and professionalism. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, pays attention to detail in every cut, and understands that every client who sits in the chair deserves a complete experience — not just a quick service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform haircuts, beard design and grooming, shaves, and other barbering services to a high standard
• Clean and disinfect scissors, clippers, combs, and other tools after each client
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and in good condition throughout and after each shift
• Manage appointments through the shop's online and phone booking system
• Provide courteous, professional, and respectful service to every client
• Follow the shop's internal policies regarding equipment use and workplace conduct
• Actively maintain and grow their own client base

What we're looking for in a candidate:

• Barber with proven experience in the trade
• Must have an active, established client base — this is an important requirement for the position
• Preference given to candidates living in Windermere or nearby areas
• Valid Florida barber license
• Good attitude, punctuality, and commitment to quality service

Actualmente estamos ampliando nuestro equipo y buscamos un barbero comprometido que quiera crecer junto a nosotros.

Sobre el puesto:

El barbero será responsable de brindar servicios de barbería de alta calidad a nuestros clientes, manteniendo siempre los más altos estándares de higiene, atención al cliente y profesionalismo. Buscamos a alguien que disfrute su oficio, que cuide el detalle en cada corte, y que entienda que cada cliente que se sienta en la silla merece una experiencia completa, no solo un servicio rápido.

Responsabilidades:

• Realizar cortes de cabello, diseño y arreglo de barba, afeitados y demás servicios de barbería con altos estándares de calidad
• Limpiar y desinfectar tijeras, máquinas, peines y demás herramientas de trabajo después de cada cliente
• Mantener la estación de trabajo limpia, organizada y en buen estado durante y después de cada jornada
• Gestionar su agenda a través del sistema de citas online y telefónico de la barbería
• Brindar un trato cordial, profesional y respetuoso a cada cliente
• Cumplir con las políticas internas de la barbería en cuanto al uso del equipo y comportamiento en el lugar de trabajo
• Mantener y hacer crecer su propia base de clientes de forma activa

Lo que buscamos en el candidato:

• Barbero con experiencia comprobada en el oficio
• Que cuente con clientela propia y activa — este es un requisito importante para el puesto
• Preferencia por candidatos que residan en Windermere o zonas cercanas
• Licencia de barbero vigente en el estado de Florida
• Buena actitud, puntualidad y compromiso con la calidad del servicio
