Duties

• Deliver professional hair cutting, trimming, and styling services tailored to each client’s preferences
• Provide grooming services such as beard trimming, shaving, and facial grooming with precision and care
• Engage actively with clients through friendly communication, understanding their needs and offering styling advice
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the salon environment in compliance with health standards
• Schedule appointments efficiently while managing walk-in clients with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Stay updated on the latest haircutting techniques, trends, and products to ensure top-tier service delivery
• Promote retail products and grooming packages to enhance client satisfaction and business growth

Experience

• Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar hair styling role, demonstrating proficiency in various cutting techniques
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clientele
• Excellent communication skills in English to clearly understand client requests and explain styling options
• Knowledge of current hair trends, styles, and grooming products to provide innovative solutions
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a lively, team-oriented attitude
• Previous experience in a fast-paced salon or barbershop environment is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
