You will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while maintaining a welcoming environment for clients. Your expertise in hair threading, straight razor techniques, and color theory will enhance the overall experience for our clientele.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
• Utilize hair threading techniques to provide precise grooming services.
• Sanitate tools and workstations to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Mentor junior barbers and assist in their professional development.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
• Provide eyelash extension services as needed, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and retail sales of grooming products.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends in hairstyles and grooming techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Barber with a valid barbering license.
• Proficiency in straight razor shaving and hair threading techniques.
• Strong understanding of color theory and its application in hair services.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Retail sales experience is a plus, with the ability to promote products effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends.
