Duties

• Provide professional haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering style recommendations
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
• Upsell additional grooming products or services to enhance the client experience and increase retail sales
• Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments
• Educate clients on hair care routines and product usage to promote ongoing maintenance at home
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed to uphold health standards and sanitation regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in barbering or hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards within a grooming environment
• Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills for managing appointments, retail sales, and front desk duties
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
• Previous experience in retail sales or front desk operations is a plus
