• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations in accordance with health and safety standards
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer professional advice on styles and treatments
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in hairdressing and barbering
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and salon productivity
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding aftercare instructions and product recommendations

Experience

• Proven experience in customer service within the beauty or hairdressing industry is preferred
• Skilled in hair styling, barbering, or related cosmetology techniques
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to listen carefully to client needs and provide clear advice
• Previous experience working as a barber or hair stylist is advantageous but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate
• A friendly, professional demeanour with excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
