Responsibilities

• Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling tailored to each client’s preferences

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for all tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health regulations
• Schedule appointments efficiently while managing walk-in clients to ensure timely service delivery
• Stay updated on the latest hair styling trends and techniques to offer innovative grooming options
• Build rapport with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits
• Assist in maintaining a welcoming environment by ensuring the salon is organized and inviting at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in barbering or hairstyling with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
• Strong communication skills in English to effectively understand client needs and explain services
• Skilled in hair styling, shaving, beard trimming, and related grooming techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
