Barber

RTB Lounge is hiring barbers in Ottawa. We are a barbershop in downtown Ottawa with steady regulars and walk-ins coming through every day. We are looking for 2 barbers to join the team. The pay is commission: 55% to start, going up to 60% once your weekly sales hit $500. Paid every Friday. There is room to grow from there for strong performers. What you get here: - An established downtown Ottawa location with the RTB brand behind you - Existing clientele plus daily walk-in traffic - Online booking exposure - A professional shop environment - Marketing and social media exposure - A team environment with real room to build your book What we are looking for: - Strong barbering skills: fades, tapers, line-ups, beard trims, scissor cuts, kids' cuts, hot towel shaves - Reliable and punctual, keeps a clean station - Good with clients and the team - Consistent, not someone who only shows up when appointments are already booked Shop hours: Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 8 PM, Sunday 11 AM to 7 PM. If that is you, apply with your name, barbering experience, availability, Instagram or portfolio, whether you currently have clientele, and how many days or hours a week you are looking for.
