Duties

• Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming consultations tailored to each client’s preferences
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols
• Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their styling needs and offering expert advice
• Stay current with the latest trends in hair styling, grooming techniques, and product knowledge
• Promote retail products and grooming packages that enhance client experience and meet their grooming needs
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained for optimal performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in barbering or hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
• Strong communication skills to clearly understand client requests and explain grooming options
• Knowledge of current hair styling trends, techniques, and best practices in barbering
• Ability to work efficiently in a premium environment while maintaining attention to detail
• A positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for being part of an amazing team that are 100% focussed on helping clients look good and feel good.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
