Job Location: E16 2AJ. No free parking available.

Overview

We are seeking a PART TIME Barber to join our new hair salon. As a barber, you will be experienced in providing expert haircuts and beard trims. Your creativity and customer service skills will be essential in providing an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Duties

• Provide a range of haircuts and beard trims for men and boys.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure a welcoming environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that each client feels valued and satisfied with their experience.
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive workplace atmosphere.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring the well-being of both clients and staff.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience in barbering is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in hairdressing or barbering are advantageous but not mandatory.
• A willingness to learn new techniques and continuously improve your skills within the industry.
• Ability to carry out facials and facial waxing (ear, nose, etc) will be considered an advantage.
