Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional men’s haircuts, precision fades, line-ups, and scissor cuts tailored to each client.

Perform beard trims, hot towel treatments, and razor finishes (per Indiana state license guidelines).

Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their hair type, preferred style, and maintenance needs.

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized station in compliance with Indiana Board of Cosmetology & Barbering standards.

Provide strong customer service to retain clients and foster a welcoming shop environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

License: Active Indiana Barber or Cosmetology License (Required).

Experience: 1+ years of behind-the-chair experience preferred (New graduates with exceptional fade & scissor skills are encouraged to apply!).

Skills: Strong foundation in precision fades, taper fades, lineup work, and scissor technique.

Attributes: Punctual, dependable, detail-oriented, and client-focused with a strong work ethic.

Portfolio: Photos or social media handle showcasing your haircut work (Instagram/TikTok portfolio preferred).
