Responsibilities

• Provide professional haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening and communicating clearly to understand client needs
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
• Upsell additional grooming products or services to enhance the client experience and increase retail sales
• Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently
• Educate clients on hair care routines and recommend suitable products for ongoing maintenance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while creating a positive, energetic atmosphere

Requirements

• Proven experience as a barber with a strong portfolio of hair styling work
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their grooming goals
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization techniques for tools and equipment
• Ability to upsell products confidently while prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and front desk responsibilities effectively
• Retail sales experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to promote products naturally
