We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall salon environment.
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
• Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
• Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments.
• Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
• Demonstrate our 4 core values on a daily and consistent basis of being professional, having a strong work ethic, demonstrating a growth mindset, and being a team player.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Proficiency in hair styling techniques and knowledge of various hair types.
• Experience in upselling services and retail products is highly desirable.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to sanitation standards.
• Front desk experience is a plus, including managing appointments and transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and team members.
