Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures at the front desk
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and scheduling appointments
• Support hair styling services by preparing workstations and assisting stylists as needed
• Maintain sanitation standards throughout the salon or retail area to ensure a clean environment
• Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Assist with inventory management and restocking retail shelves as necessary
• Ensure the front desk area remains organized, welcoming, and professional at all times

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk roles is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of hair styling techniques or experience in a salon environment is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
• Familiarity with sanitation practices relevant to beauty or retail settings
• Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining excellent customer relations
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is advantageous but not mandatory
