Duties

• Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming consultations tailored to each client’s preferences
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their grooming needs and offering expert advice on styles and products
• Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently
• Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the workspace to promote a professional atmosphere

Experience

• Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist with a strong portfolio of diverse haircuts and grooming styles
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients from various backgrounds
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper tool sterilization practices in accordance with health regulations
• Strong organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently at the front desk
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
