We’re looking for a skilled and professional Barber to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to grow your clientele in a space where men come not only for cuts, but also for services like injectables, facials, IV therapy, and more — creating built-in walk-in traffic and higher earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality barbering services including fades, tapers, shaves, beard trims, and grooming treatments.
• Deliver excellent client service in line with Wellth. Health & Wellness luxury standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, chairs, and work area.
• Recommend grooming products and additional services to enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate with the medspa and wellness team to cross-refer clients and maximize business growth.

Qualifications

• Valid California Barber License.
• Proven experience as a barber with strong technical skills in men’s cuts & grooming.
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build repeat clientele.
• Excited to be part of a modern, wellness-focused environment.
