Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, friendly person to join our mostly female team as a Barber.

In Petts Wood. 3 days a week. English speaking essential. Our members of staff have been with us for a very long time. Finding someone to fit into our quirky team. @millersbarbergroup

We can provide some training if need be but shop floor experience essential.

Duties

• Deliver professional barbering services including haircuts, styling, beard trims according to client preferences
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the barbering station and tools
• Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and offer expert advice where needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and maximise client satisfaction
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques

Qualifications

• Proven experience in barbering or hair styling is essential. at least 1-2 years on shop floor experience and a qualification
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to listen attentively and articulate advice clearly
• Demonstrated customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
• Knowledge of current hair styling trends and techniques
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Organised with good time management skills to handle appointments efficiently
• A recognised qualification or certification in barbering or hairdressing is desirable but not mandatory
