Duties

• Provide expert barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming consultations.
• Use advanced techniques such as nexk shaves , beard trims etc
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations after each service.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software like MINDBODY or similar platforms.
• Offer personalized hair care advice, recommend hair extensions, and suggest suitable styling options.
• Upsell retail products such as hair care items and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs, provide professional recommendations, and ensure a positive experience.

Experience

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a barber or hairstylist with a strong portfolio of diverse styles.
• Knowledge of salon management practices including appointment scheduling and client communication.
• Familiarity with hair coloring techniques, color theory, and advanced styling methods.
• Skilled in the use of salon software systems like MINDBODY for booking and record keeping.
• Experience with sanitation protocols specific to barbering and cosmetology standards.
• Ability to mentor junior staff or apprentices while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service that builds lasting client relationships.
