Overview
We are seeking a to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients. This role requires both technical skills and a personable approach to ensure clients leave satisfied and eager to return.

Duties

• Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming services using various techniques, including straight razor shaving.
• Provide consultations to clients regarding their desired styles and grooming needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance clients' grooming routines.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering, hair styling, and grooming techniques.
• Occasionally perform additional services such as threading (only if possess the skills necessary)

Qualifications

• Valid barbering license.
• Strong understanding of retail math to assist with sales transactions effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in front desk operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail sales strategies to promote products effectively.
• Familiarity with hair styling techniques is preferred.

Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per week
