Duties

• Provide professional barbering and hairstyling services, including haircuts, trims, shaves, and styling for diverse client needs
• Perform specialized treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client beauty routines
• Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client preferences and offering personalized recommendations
• Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a tidy workspace
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques, offering guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment
• Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations

Skills

• Proven expertise in barbering techniques with a strong portfolio of styles and cuts
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their desired looks
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Experience in store management or team leadership is a plus for those interested in growth opportunities
