Golden Scissors is looking for a skilled, energetic, and professional Barber / Hairstylist to join our busy team in Kitchener and Cambridge.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality haircuts, modern fades, tapers, scissor cuts, and beard trims tailored to client preferences.
• Provide professional hair consultations and recommend styling products.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to build and retain a loyal client base.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working in a barber shop or salon setting (Required).
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge and execution of modern haircuts, skin fades, razor work, and beard detailing.
• Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
