Bar/Floor Manager

Coco Deck Kitchen + Bar is looking for a Bar/Floor Manager to join our all star team. We are looking for someone who is already in Hawaii, or has worked here previously. Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the bar operations
• Oversee some dinner and some lunch services as MOD
• Order beverage items and maintain appropriate beverage cost
• Oversee Cash handling and all closing procedures.
• Train and oversee award beverage program
• Oversee guest services and resolve any guest issues
• Ensure a high quality of service
• Must have a Maui Liquor Card
• Ensure all Maui Liquor laws are followed
• Recruit, onboard, train and manage team
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Manage Music and Entertainment schedule
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields
• Must be able to work late nights
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Microsoft and IOS Applications experience required
• POS experience with Toast
• Must be knowledgeable in social media

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
