Job Summary

We are seeking a Bar/Floor Supervisor to help oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for excellent service, and a solid background in food and beverage service. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring high standards of food safety and presentation, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of bar and floor staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality standards are maintained across all offerings.
• Assist with food production and kitchen operations as needed, supporting culinary teams to meet customer demands.
• Lead by example in serving guests with professionalism and hospitality, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Enforce health and safety standards, including food safety protocols and cleanliness procedures.
• Handle customer queries or complaints promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Conduct staff training sessions on service techniques, food safety, and operational procedures.
• Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and support team management efforts.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.0 – 45.0 per week
