NATIVA is looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Barista & Bakery Assistant to join our team at our new Clapham location.

We’re looking for someone confident working independently who enjoys both coffee and food preparation and loves creating a great experience for customers.

Your role will include:

• Opening and preparing the café for service
• Baking our cheese bread fresh throughout the day
• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee
• Taking and preparing customer orders
• Serving customers in a warm and professional way
• Managing the front counter and keeping products stocked
• Keeping the café, equipment and work areas clean and organised
• Following food hygiene and safety procedures
• Closing and preparing the space for the next day when required

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous barista experience
• Is confident using a professional espresso machine
• Has experience working with food, ideally in a bakery, café or kitchen
• Is comfortable working independently
• Is reliable, organised and proactive
• Has excellent customer service skills
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Takes pride in presentation and cleanliness

NATIVA is a growing London food brand specialising in premium gluten-free cheese bread. Our new Clapham location will serve freshly baked cheese bread alongside great coffee, while also offering our frozen packs to take home.
