Job Summary

Tushar Elegant Hotel, Kavi Nagar, is looking for an energetic and skilled Barista & Mocktail Maker with 1–2 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, mocktails, shakes, and other beverages while ensuring excellent presentation, hygiene, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee, etc.
• Prepare mocktails, coolers, shakes, smoothies, and other non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
• Ensure consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation of all beverages.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage counter, equipment, and work area.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Check and maintain beverage ingredients and inventory.
• Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth order execution.
• Handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests.
• Suggest beverages to guests when required and address basic guest requests professionally.
• Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance as per hotel standards.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Barista, Mocktail Maker, Beverage Associate, or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and mocktail making.
• Knowledge of beverage garnishing and presentation.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a pleasant personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Good grooming, punctuality, discipline, and teamwork.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
