This is not your average hospitality job—it’s an invitation to bring your personality, precision, and passion for great service to a vibrant resort escape near the energy of Old Town.

Picture this: palm-lined surroundings, stylish spaces, travelers ready to unwind, and a team that knows how to make every welcome feel warm, every drink feel special, and every interaction feel effortless. From the first perfectly pulled espresso of the morning to a beautifully crafted cocktail at sunset, you’ll help set the tone for an unforgettable stay.

Bring The Buzz, The Balance, And The Hospitality

You’re equal parts morning motivator and mixologist. You know a great beverage is more than what’s in the glass or cup—it’s the smile, the conversation, the timing, and the thoughtful finishing touch that turns a simple order into a memorable experience.

• Craft exceptional coffee, espresso beverages, cocktails, beer, wine, and other refreshments with consistency and flair.
• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and an intuitive sense of service.
• Learn menus, ingredients, preparation methods, and resort offerings so you can make confident recommendations.
• Keep work areas clean, polished, stocked, and ready for the next rush.
• Handle payments accurately and responsibly.
• Work seamlessly with teammates across food and beverage operations to keep service smooth, fast, and fun.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and resort standards at all times.

Why The Scott

Scottsdale is where Sonoran Desert beauty meets sophisticated fun—where mountain views, art-filled streets, championship golf, celebrated dining, and year-round sunshine create an irresistible sense of place. The Scott Resort & Spa captures that spirit with a distinct point of view: relaxed yet refined, playful yet polished, and always focused on making guests feel like they’ve discovered something special.

Here, you’ll be part of a team that understands hospitality is a performance art. We move with purpose, support one another, and take pride in turning everyday details into standout experiences. If you thrive in a lively, guest-facing environment and love the rhythm of a busy café or bar, you’ll find your groove here.

You’ll Shine Here If You

• Have a naturally friendly, upbeat, and professional presence, even during those early morning rushes!
• Enjoy working with people and making someone’s day a little better.
