Barista Cashier

Job Title: Boba Barista / Cashier / Gelato Server

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dependable, trustworthy, and adaptable team member to join our shop as a Boba Barista, Cashier, and Gelato Server. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, efficiency, and a positive attitude are key to delivering great customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve boba drinks, milk teas, and specialty beverages

• Scoop and serve gelato while maintaining presentation standards

• Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and provide excellent customer service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, equipment, and serving areas

• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality

Qualifications:

• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy

• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Previous experience is a plus, but not required
