Barista

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.

Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment efficiently.

Provide friendly and professional customer service while taking orders and handling payments.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, bar area, and equipment.

Ensure beverages are presented consistently and meet quality standards.

Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies as needed throughout the shift.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.

Assist with opening and closing duties and support the cafe team during busy periods.

Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to the supervisor.

Contribute to a positive and welcoming cafe environment for guests.

Requirements

Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and basic coffee preparation techniques.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.

Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.

A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn.
