Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
• Greet customers warmly, taking their orders efficiently while providing personalized recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including brewing stations and seating areas
• Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
• Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal product availability
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
• Foster positive interactions with guests to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or food/beverage industry is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures is advantageous but training will be provided
