We are Springboard Café, a dynamic and innovative coffee shop in the heart of U-Belt, Espana, dedicated to providing exceptional coffee experiences in a welcoming environment. We are passionate about coffee craftsmanship and customer service, and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Barista to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

·          Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages accurately and efficiently.

·          Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and creating a warm welcoming environment.

·          Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and seating area.

·          Follow standardized recipes and quality control procedures.

·          Upsell products and promote our brand to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

·          Handle cash register operations and manage transactions accurately.

·          Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.

Qualifications:

·          Prior experience as a Barista in a major coffee brand or similar setting.

·          Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and beverage presentation.

·          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·          Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

·          Passion for coffee and delivering great customer experiences.

·          Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays.
