Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations, prep, and service
- Design and standardize caf menu (snacks, beverages, quick meals)
- Maintain food quality, taste consistency, and presentation standards
- Manage inventory, food cost, and wastage control
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with food regulations
- Train and supervise cafe staff for speed and efficiency
- Coordinate with caf operations for smooth service delivery
Key Skills:
- Strong caf/QSR management experience
- Menu innovation with cost control mindset
- Knowledge of hygiene & food safety standards
- Team leadership and fast-paced execution ability
Preferred : Experience in specialty caf concepts, coffee pairings, or modern snack formats
