About Us
Les Amis Café | Gelateria | Pâtisserie is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our café team and deliver consistently high-quality beverages and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other café beverages according to standard recipes.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment.
• Ensure consistency in the taste, quality, presentation, and temperature of beverages.
• Maintain proper mise en place and ensure all bar ingredients and supplies are readily available.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and equipment.
• Handle customer orders professionally and provide a positive customer experience.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about replenishment requirements.
• Minimize wastage and ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.
• Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth café operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, hotel, or similar F&B environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-making techniques.
• Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and basic bar equipment.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn and develop skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
