What they need
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment properly.
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner.
- Take orders, answer basic product questions, and provide customer service support.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Replenish coffee beans, milk, cups, ingredients, and other materials promptly from stock.
- Monitor ingredient levels and inform the Employer when stock replenishment is needed.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
- Clean the store, including the bar area and assigned customer areas.
- Report equipment issues, product shortages, or operational problems to the Employer promptly.
- Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the Employer from time to time.
