​We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality specialty coffee and beverages, maintaining espresso equipment, and providing outstanding service to ensure every guest has a memorable experience.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Coffee & Beverage Preparation: Dial in espresso, steam milk to ideal temperatures and textures, and consistently craft coffee and specialty drinks according to brand standards.

• ​Customer Service: Warmly greet guests, take orders accurately, provide beverage recommendations, and handle inquiries with a positive attitude.

• ​Quality & Speed Control: Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and speed of service during busy operational rushes.

• ​Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep the bar area, coffee machines, grinders, and guest seating areas clean, hygienic, and well-stocked. Perform daily and weekly machine maintenance.

• ​Inventory Monitoring: Assist in tracking milk, coffee beans, syrups, and consumable stock, reporting re-order needs to the manager.

​Requirements & Qualifications

• ​Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment or busy restaurant.
• ​Technical Skills: Strong understanding of espresso extraction, grind adjustments, milk texturing, and basic latte art skills.
• ​Communication: Conversational proficiency in English to interact comfortably with international guests and team members.
• ​Interpersonal Skills: Friendly personality, strong team player, and able to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
• ​Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
