Barista

Requirements

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or similar hospitality business.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation, including espresso, Americano, cappuccino, latte, and other coffee-based beverages.
• Able to operate and maintain an espresso machine and coffee grinder.
• Understand basic espresso calibration, grinding, dosing, tamping, and milk steaming.
• Basic latte art skills are preferred.
• Able to prepare non-coffee beverages, such as tea, chocolate, juices, and other café drinks.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic/conversational English.
• Friendly, polite, and customer-service oriented.
• Well-groomed, clean, disciplined, honest, and responsible.
• Understand basic food hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Able to maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
• Able to monitor beverage ingredients and assist with stock/inventory control.
• Able to work efficiently during busy hours and under pressure.
• Good teamwork and willingness to assist with general café operations when required.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including Sundays and public holidays as required.
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali.
