Responsibilities

• Greet guests, accurately take and deliver beverage orders in a timely manner, and enter all orders into the POS system.
• Clear and clean tables in the coffee lounge area and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Handle cash accurately, perform assigned stocking and cleaning duties, and check with the manager when the shift is completed.
• Communicate effectively with management about guest feedback and any issues that arise.
• Promote positive guest relations, assist guests as needed, handle products properly to reduce expenses, and use suggestive up-selling to increase revenue.

Qualifications

• Greet guests, take and deliver beverage orders promptly, and accurately enter orders into the POS system.

• Handle cash accurately and communicate effectively with management about guest feedback and any issues.
• Work well both individually and as part of a team, checking with the manager upon shift completion.
• Promote positive guest relations, suggestive up-sell to increase revenue, and manage product handling to reduce expenses.
