Role Summary
We're looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be the face of our brand at the counter — precise with your craft, warm with our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages to brand standards (espresso, pour-over, cold brew, milk-based drinks, etc.)
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders and brewing equipment
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning across all beverages
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and recommend menu items to guests
• Handle cash/POS transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and service area as per FSSAI standards
• Manage stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables; flag reorder needs
• Support opening/closing checklist duties

Requirements

• Prior barista experience in a café, QSR, or specialty coffee setting preferred
• Working knowledge of espresso machines and brewing techniques
• Basic latte art skills a plus
• Strong communication and customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work weekends/shifts as per café hours

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
