Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
• Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, pastries, and other light snacks in accordance with health standards
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for staff and customers
• Provide friendly, efficient service by taking orders, answering questions, and assisting guests promptly
• Manage cash register operations accurately while balancing transactions at the end of each shift
• Keep the workspace tidy by cleaning equipment, counters, and dining areas regularly throughout your shift
• Demonstrate excellent time management to handle busy periods smoothly while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar serving role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
• Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to follow health regulations diligently
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly between stations, and work well within a team
• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude that creates an inviting atmosphere for guests
