Barista

Responsibilities

• Make coffee, tea, and other drinks following our recipes.
• Take customer orders and use the register/POS system.
• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Answer questions about the menu and help customers choose items.
• Keep the café, counters, tables, and equipment clean.
• Handle cash and card payments and give the correct change.
• Help prepare food when needed.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness rules.
• Work quickly and efficiently during busy times.
• Make sure customers receive their orders correctly and promptly.

Qualifications / Experience

• Barista or food service experience is preferred, but not required.
• We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
• Comfortable working with customers and providing good service.
• Able to work in a busy environment.
• Able to follow instructions and keep the café clean and organized.
• Experience with a register/POS system is a plus.

Pay: $18.74 - $22.00 per hour
